Not impressed, would not recommend

Only giving one star because I can't give none! I still have not received my number plates a month after I purchased my car. When I bought the car, I was promised I would have everything by the following Tuesday (9 February) at the latest. At first I was told there was a delay on the bank's side. On Monday 22 February, I was told the bank had sent the registration so they could pull the disk and finalise everything. I did not hear anything from them and eventually contacted them on Friday (26 February) and was told that they followed up "about an hour ago" and there was a problem with my proof of address in that it wasn't signed (it was and all the pages were initialed as well). Firstly, why wasn't I contacted immediately if there was a problem? Secondly, surely if there was a problem with my proof of address, the bank would have been the first ones to pick that up when I app****, through Haval, for financing. A temporary license was then dropped off on Wednesday evening (3 March - a month since I bought the car). I am still waiting for my actual license! Apart from all this, I was told my car had been valeted before I collect it - it most certainly was not. There were still white marks all over the back seat, there was chocolate on the back of the passenger headrest (that came off quite easily, it was not a stubborn stain), the centre console was still full of dirt and had spare change in it, the interior door handles still had dirt in them and there was a Coke bottle lid down the side of the driver's seat. Really not impressed at all!
