Horrible service at Haval Cape Gate.

Sometime last year my wife was driving a Haval and a smell came from the from of the car such that there was a smoke. The car could not drive properly but I managed to get it home then it was towed to Haval Cape Gate. Their diagnosis was that the car had too much oil that needs to be drained we had to prove that the oil was put by them as the car was serviced by the no to long before the incident. Besides that a car had to be changed a battery within the first year of purchase. If it is not the car battery then it is the key battery that I have to buy now and then which I could not understand.I three weeks back my car had same same problem where it haves off a smoke and the smell axactly as last time unfortunately this time it could not be driven at all. It was towed to Haval they said now it is the clutch that needs to be replaced and it is not covered by them and had to pay R25 000. When I told them that my car had the same problem late last year and it was covered , they said they don't have records of my care coming there except for the battery that had to be changed in 2022.I started to question the competency of the technicians if they did a proper diagnosis when it was first brought in and I was very upset for them to tell me that they had no records of my car coming there for the same reason of which it was the same thing that they did trying to deny that they are the ones that serviced the car and put on excessive oil.Last Wednesday I paid the amount because it took long for them to tell me what is wrong with the car and also almost a week to get the quote. Now I am only told that they made a request for the parts. No one is communicating Evey day I need Ned to check when am I receiving the my car back on ly to be told that the need to check and get back to me and one does until the next day. I am becoming impatient because I have to follow up everyday and I am not getting positive feedback.
