I am beyond frustrated and disappointed with the shocking service at Haval Toti. My car has been sitting there for over FOUR WEEKS, and it’s still not fixed! Every time I call, I get the same runaround — empty promises, excuses, and no real updates. It honestly feels like they just don’t care!

How can a dealership operate like this? No urgency, no communication, and no respect for their customers’ time or money. I’ve been patient, I’ve followed up repeatedly, and still — NOTHING. This is completely unacceptable.

Haval Toti has turned what should have been a simple repair into an absolute nightmare. I would never recommend them to anyone. If you value proper service and honesty, stay far away from this place!
