Superb Customer Service

Often we find ourselves wining about poor service and we hardly ever reward and thank the people involved in this Country who go the extra mile for clients.<br> <br> I would like to take the opportunity in thanking Claire Koen for her efficient and prompt service - always. I have been a client of theirs for over a year now and not once have I experienced improper or bad service from her. She is always friendly and up until today goes the extra mile in retaining customers, even one as demanding as I am.
