Disgusting Service and Food

Tonight my husband decide that we should go and have a burger at Hava Java Brentwood Park. Had a Javaronie Burger, which we shared, if you read the menu, it come with all the trimming on both sides. one with beef and the other side with chicken, when it arrived the chips was made with dirty oil, and the chicken half cooked, so we call for the manager , who took the burger back to sort it out, well it was not better than the first one that they brought.

Never ever again will they see me there, as the waiters are not friendly at all, can't even speak to the customer properly. So No Tips for rude waiters and disgusting food.

So Sorry that Luck and Anna are no longer part of that group. As they Knew all about customer service, that Is why they are so successful in the new adventures.

Well done Lucky and Anna for moving on, wish you all the best of luck. Hava Java needs a lot more training for customer satisfaction and preparation of the food.
