Bad serviced

Most patronizing customer service ever. Was sent a receipt that did not even belong to me,when i make a follow up,im blatantly ignored. Its been 3 weeks since ive made an immediate payment,but my parcel has not yet even been received by the courier. Don't know if I am being ****med or not,but I would not advise anyone to use this online clothing service
