I ordered and paid for 2 pairs of sunglasses in May. 2023. They didn’t deliver in the 7 days that they claim to deliver in on their IG profile. When I followed up after the 7 days had passed, they sent me a screenshot of the Aramex tracking No. The parcel was then delivered in Kimberley, wrong city, wrong province. When I asked them for a copy of the waybill, they wouldn’t send it. They then sent me a cheap pair of sunglasses (not the ones I ordered). They then “apologized” and promised to send me their address for me to return the pair so they can send the pairs I’d ordered. Needless to say they just ignored me after that. I asked for my money back and got no response almost 2 months later. They’ve limited who can comment on their IG timeline. If there was a rating less than 1star, I would have chosen it. I’m doing this to warn other potential buyers of these ****mers. They’re based in Rustenburg. They’ve changed their IG name 3 times since 2022, (shady) probably because they’ve been ****ming people and changed their name to hide the real identity from those they’ve ****med. I wish more people can report them to IG to protect others from being ****med. This is their number (as advertised on their IG), ***.
