A **** Be Warned, Stay Away (Haute_sunglasses)

I ordered and paid for 3 pairs of sunglasses on 12 July 2024. They didn’t deliver in the 7 days that they claim to deliver in on their IG profile. I followed up after the 7 days twice and they said they were out of stock however will send my glasses. I ended up being impatient and asked them to send back money as I had lost interest in the glasses. The communication is very poor and they do not address all concerns raised by the customer or simply ignore your message. You keep sending messages and they simply do not respond. I then got a notification that my order is on the way and guess what they only delivered 1 pair of glasses out of the 3 glasses I ordered on 2 August 2024. This one pair was none of the glasses I had ordered. I confronted them again no immediate response, I asked them to send back my money and I will send them back their glasses. To this day I have not received my glasses. A horrible experience, I am never buying anything from the instagram online shops.
