Disappointing and appalling customer service

To whom it may concern It is very great disappointment that I write this email We really had the worse service from your staff, from the start we were moved to a different unit by your manager without consulting us, i am still waiting on her phone call. then she keeps referring to us as "your people" to one of the staff, what does that mean, it this because we are of a different race to your manager, cause no other reason for keep on referring to us as your people makes any sense to me. the house was not clean properly at all the bath was dirty, and you expect me to bath my six year old daughter in that dirty bath, there was a false eyelash on our bedside table. the kitchen was not cleaned properly, the dinning room table was half cleaned and dirty and we are expected to eat there with our family, the fridge was dirty inside and on the outside of the fridge we were promised cleaning service as indicated on your websites that never happened we had to go buy clean towels as towels were not replaced. there was cracked glasses in your kitchen cupboard, what if one of my kids cut themselves the coffee tea and sugar containers was dirty. the toilets were clean properly. to top it off we are then accused if *****ing plates and cups and glasses and some bedding, I am appalled at the service we received from your manager on duty, then she still **** and said they did come and clean, really. Yet we cleaned on our own, then she calls me outside on the morning we must check out like a common street women, this while i am in my pjs getting ready to leave. there was no professionalism and or common decency when working with your clients. we use to recommend so many family and friends to your units when visiting or passing through Beaufort West over the years, I can assure you after our first encounter and stay there, that will not happen ever again and we will not be recommending anyone ever again. I am completely disgusted and appalled by the service we received at your accommodation.
