Beware , do not pay full amount to Guest House

I did make a reservation for the 9 th Des 2014 at HAUS HOLZAPFEL but due to a vehicle breakdown we could not used it . The lady in charge promised me to keep the R750.00 in credit. On 24/2/15 we want to stay over and was told by the owner that we don't have any credit and to pay new amounts to stay over . Just a warning to all future clients there to be aware and not to pay full deposit as this is a way to make money
