Extremely dissatisfied

What an awful experience. From day 1 the project was running downhill. Lack of professionalism Lack of service Lack of time management Poor to no project management (project manager hardly ever on site. Owner never (eventhough he came to do the quote and promised his presence at least once a day)). Insisting in progress payments (undefined nor dated) and if you refuse to pay until phases are complete they don't show up to site. Shouts at you over the phone Drops the call on you Don't answer your calls Best deacribed as Professional ********* or bullying Failed to order material after 65% payment completed Shouts at subcontractors on site Staff has no respect for management Under quote and under deliver

After 87% of payments complete kept subcontractors from site to learn they weren't paid up to that point for the work done.

Needless to say we had to complete the project 10days to Christmas using different contractors at added expenses.
