NO response in 3 weeks

After Attempting to call them on 5th May and no answer I filled in Form on their website requesting to be called back. 3 days later, I called again and after waiting a number of minutes , a lady picked up, was very surprised that the technician did not call me, transfered the call. After approx. 5 minutes of holding on the phone was hanged up. Obviously they are not interested in servicing my vehicle.
