<p>This agency takes money from our account for the maintance that they do in the house we are currently renting in. We had a drain block few months back and this was charged directly onto our acoounts without notifying us. We are chachrged for all the mantainance that is happening in that house. and the communication between them and the tenants is soo poor!!! </p>
