Worst service experience of my life

<p>I took my car to the pretoria brunch they kept my car for a week and stripped it without my permission all i took the car for was to bleed my clutch system they fixed nothing stripped a bolt on my engine mounting and gave me the car without the bolt i then had to pay for a new bold and a day later clutch went flat due to air bubbles. My car was then towed to Rivonia brunch where the diagnotic specialist said there is no charge to tell me what is wrong with my car and they diagnosed obe problem but mever wanted to send me a quote even though i requested it alot. They refused to follow my instruction. Complained to VW SA wher i was told this is a he said she said situation and i have to pay for both VW's mess up now three weeks later Rivonia tells me to fetch my car and nothing that they took out of place is put back in its place they car is worse off than when JJ from pretoria branch and Ashylin from Rivonia branch touched my car. They never send quotes never spoke to me never did anything they waisted a month of my life and im stuck with a broken car thar i bought two months ago</p>
