Worst Service

I have received the worst service from Louis, he was servicing may car and he found out that were issues with the clutch. He did not call SA warranties to get authorization, I had had to call SA Warranties to find out what the issue was. When I went to fetch my car he told me that he does not have the part and he'll fix it some other time. He re-iterated that SA Warranties does not cover a worn out clutch, I showed him my policy schedule . Today I called VW Soweto to find out how they can assist in this regard, the told me that I need to book my car in for repairs. They also explained the process with SA Warranties to my amazement(Authorization is only given to the dealership staff not the client). The dealership has to call for authorization.
