Charlene sold a Tiguan to me extremely over priced and now I can’t sell it. Lost about 250k just like that! Their service is terrible and they are laughing at me now for going back and asking for a price on my car to sell and they made the price in half thinking it’s funny when it’s a year later and the car is still perfect. The sales guy “assisting” me couldn’t be bothered to say the least and should be fired for not doing his job. Also when you ask for the manager he’s nowhere to be found. I’m going to take them to court for deceiving and lying on black and white (mistake rookie made) which breaks their contract. Chris I suggest you give me a call - I left a note at reception.
