VW SA and VW Hatfield not assisting with my brand new faulty vehicle

My brand new VW Tiguan 2019 highline stopped working after 22 000 km and I have been waiting for my vehicle to get Towed since wednesday 29 April. I am receiving the run around and no one is taking accountability for towing my car and getting it to the dealership so that it can get repaired. I have also not received a courtesy car - I am currently car less although I have a brand new vehicle with warranty
