VW ripped me off

Yesterday I had 13 day old car valued because my instincts told me that something was wrong. I had it valued at a VW branch (not the one I bought it at), and also at Mercedes Benz. Nieke Kitching, the sales agent that got me to buy the car would not return or answer my call. The managers, Jarryd and Johnny, seem too busy passing the buck and not taking any responsibility for their shady dealership at all. Both VW and Merc confirmed what I already knew, that I was overcharged and **** to about the car. Nieke initially said it was a demo, then it was a pre-owned car, she said it was a 2022 model, and it turned out to be a 2021 model. The bumper was broken and needed replacing. This car had been properly driven and not taken care of. The rattified value on the car (I have this in writing from VW and Merc) is R550000, I was charged R706000. I am amazed how these people sleep at night, ripping people off the way they do. I am gullible and I am in a low space mourning the death of my teenage son. Nieke saw an easy target in me and totally **** to get me to buy the car. It wasn't even fully what I wanted, leather seats are important to me and this one has fabric seats. I am so disappointed in this dealership, as this is the second time they have duped me. I will never recommend VW to anyone, and I do intend going to the consumer council for this issue. Now that I have it in print from another VW dealership, I believe I have recourse.
