VW Mastercars poor service

I bought a car from Hatfield VW Rivonia and as advertised under ther policy on every VW page they give a colour quality guarantee that a check is done but when my car was delivered it is two tone I complained about it but the company keeps ignoring my complaint so according to me they sold me an accident car and does not want to take responsibility and in either have it fixed or a pay out on my car and the car was not cheap either
