VW Hatfield is terrible

Terrible after sales service. I purchased a vehicle almost 4 months ago. Still no registration docs or number plates. Still no service books that was promised. The staff seem very helpful but can't get me what was promised. I've been in touch weekly with Johnny English since I bought the car. I'm very irritated. I will definitely not recommend them.
