VW Bramfontein, assigned a ****ty technician

So I'm here on hellopeter reading reviews about a common issue on these polo tsi's however im being given a run around, thats very silly of VW_SA. What is the point of having a customer service if you don't have a say on these dealership with operate under such a reputable brand..?

I took my car in for EPC and auto start/stop issue on Wednesday, had to leave it coz they had to order a certain part. Mind you everything else was working fine, Hannes promised to have the car ready by Friday. Tough luck for me, that did not happen, I was postponed for next week Monday 11am, still that arrangement was not honored. Long story short, car was done Monday close of business, told me he had to put back the wiring of the EPC one at a time manually, fair enough. Picked up the car Tuesday next day, as I drove of, I noticed my left indicator is no longer working, I called in and wa stold to bring the vehicle they will see what is the problem. Now I'm being told bull**** that warranty won't cover me. I dont need warranty I just need my car in the condition they had it on Wednesday, all my lights were working, Hannes ****ed up my car when he worked on the EPC and auto/start now they looking for a way to reap me off. It is so silly now that they say I bought after market lights strip while they sell their polos with front lip/side skirts from autostyle, those things are also not vw approved. Silly them they will now come back and say its not the same thing. Anyways, I have whatsapp communications from Hannes which confirm the lights might have looked messy, dont know what that means but they were wired correctly. He offered to replace them for me and I paid him R850, so I dont know why a ln approved technician would say that unless it was just a way to side hustle me... Finally the 8ndicator issue is common in all cars, unless all these other reports on Google had the same strip lights fitted as well. What I would like to happen before i make some noise qt the ombudsman and on social media, is to have my lights all in working conditions as I had dropped of the car which was booked in for EPC and start/stop repairs. Im really tired of this run around but I wil not take this hull**** laying down.

Please share an email address where I can forward those conversations with harness that confirms my wiring was working fine. I had these lights for over a year I really don't know whats your problem..
