VW BRAAM

I just received a call from VW after dropping off my car, I was told my maintenance and service plan does not cover for suspension and wheel alignment.

I honesty dont understand why such things are not told to me upfront when taking these plans because if its part of the service this is supposed to be paid for by the plan , imagine taking a plan to replace brake pads, and wipers only because thats what this means

this is really uncalled for now I have to pay additional money to get this sorted HAVING TO PAY FOR SERVICE WHILE HAVING A SERVICE PLAN!!!!
