Utterly disgusted in vw hatfield

I'm utterly disgusted by the service I received from. Vw hatfield service department the technician that was suppose to assist me with replacing a part of my vehicle was so rude and told me directly there is nothing wrong after I came with a dekra report showing there is a problem I went back and forth wasted my whole day just for them to tell me if they take out this part and it's not faulty I must pay R3600 otherwise I won't receive my vehicle I was so upset because I have full maintenance plan and this is suppose to be covered I would really not advice anyone to go there. Till now I'm stuck with this problem.
