<p>On the 27th of January 2017, I bought a used car from VWHatfield Rivonia .I started noticing that the boot was troublesome when I have to open it.</p> <p>I received a call from someone at VWHatfield Rivonia, asking about the Sales experience I had. I told him I was happy with the Sales experience, but expressed dissatisfaction with the After Sales eperience. I told him about the boot, that often refused to open. He said I should bring it in the saturday, and they would sort it out. I took it in the saturday but the technician said I would need to book it in and expressed concerns about the car being in a car accident before, he pointed parts on the bumper that showed that the car was worked on, due to a possible accident.</p> <p>I was dissapointed and annoyed. I work crazy hours, which is why I opted to buy from VW dealer who has a promise that their cars have been checked and certiified. Taking time off in my line of work is hard. The Sales person (Nyiko) called me to ask why I have been silent and I expressed t him that it is due to being annoyed about the fact that I now have to run around booking in a car I have had for only a week. He said he will get the licence plate for me the next day, I have been trying to call him for a week now, and he is not available. I need him to give me the licence plate and answer my questions about the history of the car. He is not available for me to ask him whether or not this car was in an accident before. It scares me to think that if they did not disclose the one accident, what else did they fail to disclose?</p> <p>I don't trust this car and I am very dissapointed with VW.</p> <p> </p>
