Unprofessional and Greedy
I would like to comment on the behaviour of a new cars sales representative of VW Bryanston, Danny Bok. I approached this dealership about 3 weeks ago looking at the T-Roc R Line. Danny was extremely helpful at first, but I could see how his eyes lit up when he saw the dollars flashing. In the context of Covid and sales that are hard to come by, his behaviour was appalling. I specifically told him that I am purchasing this car for my wife and that we are considering Volvo and VW. After two test drives my wife and I decided on the Volvo. I thought I owed Danny the courtesy of at least letting him know we have decided on the Volvo. He thought it was a good idea to be sour about losing the deal at this point and he became extremely spiteful in his correspondence. "Wishing me luck" Sarcastically. Also then blocking me and saying we have nothing to talk about and trying his best to make me regret the purchase of the Volvo. (Not realizing that I am still in the market for a T-Roc). I hope this will help any future buyer to re-consider dealing with Danny Bok. The fact that he resorted to such unprofessional conduct saddens me. Our country needs stand-up citizens that offer quality sales processes. I used to be a big VW fan, but IF I now buy the T-Roc, it unfortunately will not be from Danny Bok.
