<p>An unbelievable journey I had with Fury VW in Northcliff - everything that could go wrong did. To cut a long story short Fury VW did not clamp a water hose properly and my engine seized. During all of this Hatfield VW took over from Fury and although I was Fury's problem, they stepped in and solved a very complex situation. After all the drama and stress with Fury over a four month period, Hatfield VW offered to buy the vehicle from me. The amount they purchased the vehicle for was way above book value and they never quibbled over the price. I was paid according to my calculations. Thanks "Vleis" Manyama (Dealer Principal) and Chris Beukes (Franchise Executive). You truly live up to your reputation as being number 1 in service. My faith in VW is restored.
