Terrible service from vw braamfontein

<p>I had taken my car for service this morning we agreed that I will be fetched at 16:00 but I'm still waiting for them now at 16:50 I called them after 16:15 three times they said they will get back to me they only called me at 17:00 that they will fetch me. If they forget about me I wonder if they remembered to service my car....this is bad service and they say they are rated no 1 in service</p>
