Salesman not fair at Hatfield VW ZA

Hatfield VW salesman is not fair

I was a spotter for them. Now I regret it. The salesman was very rude to me in our last whatsapp while I waited 2 weeks for my spotter fee wich he told me before I started doing work for him that it was R2000 each time that I would get. So now I expected my R2000 after waiting 2 weeks for my payment I got only R1000 and when I whatsapped him early the evening and asked why I only got R1000 he told me that Tax was deducted from it so I suspect they deduct 50% tax from it which I think is not fair. So now after he told me this he than also got rude and told me that I should not msg him after hours. So now why did he not tell me in the beginning that they deduct 50% Tax from spotters fee? I am still doing spotting work for other dealers at least they are honest and I get my payments on time and as I advertise nation wide I will not be reccomending Hatfield VW to my clients who wants to apply for finance because of the salesmans attitude. And another thing is, a while ago I wanted to trade my BMW X5 in on a cheaper BMW, so this same salesman send me pics of a 3 series F30 that he would of tried to trade my X5 on, okey waited and he responded to me that I will not be able to buy this I think it was a 2013 3 Series as they say that I can only buy 2018 and newer models and that they did have a 2019 at the time, I wanted to save, on payments, that was the whole reason for trading my X5, so I left the deal there and went to another dealer who than got me a 2013 Active hybrid 5 series BMW so why if im not allowed to buy a older BMW did the same bank that they approved me on allow it to be done afterwards? Did he just want to sell me a 2019 BMW regardless of what I needed or what? Sorry about it, but it is what it is. Thank you.
