Refund for petrol flap

<p>My petrol flap cover was faulty and fell off on the high way while I was driving. I couldn't stop to pick it up so the next day I took my car to VW Rivonia to be examined. The service manager, Mr Darren Channer, confirmed that it was a factory fault and that I should pay for the new part (R1550) and i will be refunded the following week, It's almost 2 months without any coms from them, everytime I call him he tells me I'll get my money back but doesn't tell me how far they are in the process. I really want my money back as promised and need to know what the delay is. </p>
