Positive service experience

I have recently had both my VW vehicles serviced and one repaired (a few weeks apart). I was very satisfied with the service I received. There was a single individual that was assigned to work on my account, so he was responsible all the work on my cars. I interacted with the same person throughout and was provided with hi direct line.. I really appreciated the repressiveness and personal attention. This was somewhat different than my experiences elsewhere - generally you have a separate service adviser and mechanic. I would definitely recommend servicing at Hatfield VW Bryanston.
