Poor customer service

I do repairs on vehicles and I often call in for parts and prices. Every single time that I call, they will transfer me atleast 4 times. Just called in now for brake pads, transfered 4 times again after the 4th time, I was put on hold, then the call was dropped. I also tried their neighboring dealership Menlyn VW, exact same thing they can't refer you to the correct depelartment until you ask for names and surnames. No one wants to take accountability. These guys really frustrate me. It can't be that such a big name gives poor customer service like this.
