Poor Customer Service

I went to the dealership with the intention of buying a new car. I stood waiting for 10 minutes before anyone even noticed me. Staff were at their desks but most busy on their cell phones, too busy to notice a customer. I chose to ignore the bad reviews and give it a chance but now I definitely would not recommend anyone to the dealership. Really disgusting service, rather take my money else where.
