Poor and *********** service.

I ordered a spare key from the dealer and gave them the VIN number. They called me saying they have got the key I must bring the car for coding. Got there but the key was wrong. Hayibo!, then the service guy Danie was shocked also. I was told they will get me the correct one.... I waited for over 7 working days no one called me back as promised. I called the dealer and I can't remember the guys name I spoke to but he said he is waiting for the key photo from me... Hayibo VW Hatfield Rivonia. He said he told David to call me and ask for the key photo. David never called me.... How poor is that and how is it possible to cut the wrong key when the VIN NUMBER is correct?
