Polo vivo complain

<p>I bought a polo vivo October 2016. From this polo vivo i discovered that the breaking system is not safe at all, when i break on rain condition and at gravel is worse and ond dry tire road is better but not safe. I lounched a complain to the dealership i where i bought the car and also at VW SA to complain about the breaking system. They always keep on telling me they can't do anything concerning to the breaks that is how the car is.</p> <p>I just need advice that how can i resolve this issue if they cant help me out meanwhile is their car and responsibility,i cant keep the car anymore for the sake of life and i can't enjoy it. One day it will put me on danger.</p> <p> </p> <p>My suggestion was to exchange and get the beter one. They refusing to do so.</p>
