No customer service

I have been dealing with both Ashley Muniappen and Aletta Coertze from Hatfield VW Rivonia since October 2016. I sent through my application and supporting documents for a Car but if I don't call or email them I never hear from them. Does it really take over 3 months to purchase a vehicle. For a company that claims to be number 1 I am very disappointing, what is it that you are number 1 at, it is definitely not customer service. If you are not interested in my business that is fine just stop wasting my time. I strongly advise other potential buyers out there to avoid VW hatfield at all cost, you will not have a pleasant experience.
