HATFIELD VW SUCKS

Took/drove my car in for an assessment on a fault which arised on a road trip to and from Durban. Call Hatfied VW Bryanston for an service/assessment..Tuesday dropped of the vehicle and the car was assessed and left outside the workshop for pick up. Now the car is undrivable. Called VW the following day, the service manage and his agent said the cat was not going to drivable with the fault picked up. I then said but I drove the car to and from Durban and to their dealership.. can't I get it as it were, and they said NO.
