Hatfield VW Poor Service

I booked the car for service in Bryanston. My brother brought the car for service. The Service Consultant gave us a quote , we asked him to concentrate on major or critical items that would match our budget. After that call we battled to get hold of Albert, A day later my brother went to the dealership only to find the car hasnt been touched due to \pending parts". It took us 2 days to get the vehicle even though it was incomplete based on our agreed budget. Subsequent to that we made so many phone calls to find out if the parts have arrived"
