HATFIELD VW IS REFUSING TO PAYBACK MY MONEY

Hatfield VW is refusing to payback my money, on the last week of January I wanted to trade-in my vehicle and I was told that I will have a short-fall of R33000 and I managed to transfer an amount of R10000 to Hatfield VW which was meant to reduce the shortfall, but unfortunately the deal did not materialize as a results I requested that they transfer my R10000 back to my account which they are now refusing (since the last week of January till today I have not received my money back), I was dealing with Adele Beeslaar she is a Sales Executive. She told me that Hatfield VW will be charging me \I don't know why they are charging me even though I did not purchase anything from them (The deal did not materialize)\".I then escalated the matter to the following people which did not assist at all they had attitude Willie Scheepers, Isabel Blignaut, Anneke Bosman and Nicci Fletcher.<br> <br> THIS BRANCH IS RIDICULOUS AND PATHETIC (HOW CAN YOU CHARGE A PERSON IF THEY HAVE NOT PURCHUSED ANYTHING FROM YOU).<br> <br> I WILL DEFENETLY NOT RECOMMAND THIS DEALER AT ALL!!!!! I BELIEVE THEY ARE TRYING TO MILK PEOPLE TO MONEY."
