Happy wheels!

<p>Several weeks ago, I went to VW Hatfield in Rivonia simply to view a car that the other dealerships did not have on their floors. I was immediately greeted by Mosa, the friendliest, most vibrant sales executive I had met in the three months that I had been shopping for a car. I knew exactly what I wanted and Mosa and I sat together and looked at the models available. She talked me through some of the specs I was unsure of, and assured me about the choices that I had made. She worked so fast and so professionally, that I was truly impressed. Thereafter, Mosa became my first contact person every morning, greeting me with her vibrance, and helping me to sort out what needed to be done. She was also brilliant at communicating everything between me, my husband, the finance side and the accessories department. In fact, she steered everything and kept me in the loop throughout. As this is a busy time of the year for everyone, this was much needed in keeping all parties on the same page, and I cannot express enough how much time and effort she put into helping me get this vehicle. I also had the pleasure of dealing with the two Michaels (the manager and the finance executive), and also Nico, who assisted me in fitting the smash and grab and the paint protection. I picked up my gorgeous car on 23 December and was pleasantly surprised with a ribbon, balloons and a gorgeous hamper. The entire process has been an amazing experience. I have full confidence that my future dealings with VW Hatfield will be just as pleasant and I will highly recommend this team to anyone who is in the VW market. Thank you to everyone! </p>
