***** at VW Hatfield and Standardbank only care about your money !

<p>I bought my polo vivo in 2011 from a sales guy called Brilliant Shabangu. After a year i needed to get a new disc, i was told at the licence/traffic department in Randburg that my car was no longer under my name. To cut a long story short. Somehow , only God knows how, Standardbank has registered my car incorrectly. I have a car in my possession that i paid for, but unfortunately i cant drive it anywhere because i have disc from 2011. I have been given the run around from VW and Standardbank since 2012. None have them have tried their best to help me sort this situation out, they have both blamed each other and said i must figure out what to do with that vehicle. I tried to threaten Standardbank by not paying for my car, but that didnt help. I have now paid off my vehicle ; when i was supposed to get a lock book that would enable me to have proof of the car details. Guess what Standardbank told me? They said my lock book had been requested by VW back in 2012. Why was my lock-book requested i asked. They said they dont know. Standardbank told me that they would do some investigation about this. A guy called Donald Khumalo was assigned the case to me. Now and again he would update me, and tell me the same story that he is still working on it, but no progress was made. Sometimes he doesnt respond to my emails or calls. Yesterday i went to VW Hatfield to speak to the manager , her name was Claudette. She was completely confused by what i told her. It turns out that Brilliant Shabangu ( the sales guy who sold me my car) has now moved to another branch in Rivonia. Brilliant Shabngu is the one i suspect to have had something to do with this mess. He told Donald ( the standardbank investigator) that there were two vehicles; mine and another with similar numbers, but my car was suppossed to be called back . But he never called my car back , he just asked me to change the plate number. So then on my car i had the plate number of the second car. And so standardbank has the details of the other car and not the car that i'm carrying. Crazy right. Well it's true. VW doesnt care because they sold a car. Brilliant Shabangu is happy because he made his commission. Standardbank is happy too becuase i paid my car off. Nobody cares that i have an issue. Nobody wants to help me , even though i paid money for this car. I will never Buy a car from VW as long as i live norwill i ever use standardbank services after this! And i will make sure to spread this message to others to becareful of them after the hell these two companies have put me and my family through from 2012 uptil now!</p> <p> </p>
