faulty brearings,clutch and bearings

I bought a 2nd hand car(ford fiesta-trade in) in November 2015, I then decided to pick it up in December, the day I went to fetch it, they said the clutch broke and they loan me a car, then they called me after a week to for collection as they said it was fine. I drove the car until I started experiencing some funny sounds coming from the tires, in early February I went back to the dealer and explain my problem, he decided that I leave the car then they will have it checked, then when I went back to fetch it, I was told that the sound is normal and they said it wouldn't cause any harm to the tyres, I kept on using it until the sound got worse, I then emailed my dealer and explain the same problems that I had the 1st day picking up the car and also how the paint was cracking in my car, according to whatever he said, he was not willing to fix my car, I was then told that if 30 days pass after I got the car and that I did not take the motor plan, then they won't be able to fix my car.to my surprise, the time i emailed the dealer, he asked if i can bring my car to take a good look at it, but after few days, he changed his mind.
