Failure to replace multifunctional gearbox

I have bought a polo TSI DSG 2018 model and after first 15000km service interval exeprienced poor performance due to loss of power.i have reported this issue in 2018 and they made excuses to service the car by saying according to their assessment the car is fine until now when the electronic gearbox is malfunctioning
