Empty promises by VOLKSWAGEN

<p>I purchaced a demo Touareg end last year (Nov). Part of the sales agreement was that they will provide me with new R-Line alluminuim strips in the doors and boot. New Rubber carpets. Fix the schratches on the one rim.</p> <p>On the day of delivery I was promised that this will get sorted soon. also that they will fix the couple of small dents on the drivers side of the car when the car comes in for the R-Line strips.</p> <p>Since then, I needed to do the following up everytime. Its been 7 Months now and nothing of the above was done to date. It feels like they are trying to avoid doing wat was promised to me. The worst is I'm driving around with a expired licence disc as they still not have provided me with a new licence disc and papers. This is unacceptable service and I will not accept these empty promises made by Volkswagen.</p>
