Disgusting Service and Atrocious communication.

Disgusting Service and Atrocious communication.

Branch: Hatfield VW Northcliff

Advice: Do not even attempt to buy a car from them. They are just after money. They do not care about cusomter satifiscation or service. And clearly by all these reviews and No respones, I should have known better. For such a big brand as VW to be "rated number 1 in service" is quite hilarious, if at all true.

Sales Executive: Eric Munyani

Manager: Paul

I was about to buy an Audi A3 from them but they sold it, when I was first to agree upon taking it, the details are as follows:

I said I was taking the car on Saturday 25 March 2017 via phone. Eric sent me an unofficial offer to purchase in which response on the same day, I requested an official offer to purchase which I did not receive at all.

Eric calls me on Monday 27 March 2017 and confirms that the instalment and finance are ready and I must just sort out car insurance. Which I happily did then an afternoon call says the car was already sold on Saturday?

So why the hell did I waste all my time on Monday to sort out all these things when it was already sold? Please explain this to me. Even though I will not even get an ounce of a response because of the incompetnace of your team at VW northcliff.

Additionally the way the manager Paul responded was also not up to a mangerial position and he did not handle the situation correctly, offering me a another car does not help when there is only one of that type. Giving information that I already know does not help.

The people who bought the car on Saturday should have been delayed to today or tomorrow as I said I was taking the car in the first place. The amount of communication between sales executives is astounding and down right disgusting.

By the way, I have all communication between the dealership and myself, including whatsapp and email conversations. Requesting the official documents and getting null responses. The way it should have been handled is that on Saturday or Today (Monday) it was sold and I wouldnt have wasted my time on banking and car insurance, that is the issue I have with this company. You do not fulfill contractual obligations.
