Disgraceful Customer Service Hatfield VW Northcliff

Thank you for VW Road Assist for there prompt assistance with my New Polo that decided not to start, that was taken to Hatfield VW Northcliff.

However, Hatfield VW Northcliff could not even provide assistance with a courtesy vehicle or assistance to a location I urgently needed to be at on Sunday (28/10/2018), while my Vehicle is being looked at. I didn't ask for a vehicle for the entire week just for 1 day but yet we cant help you in that regard.

Working in a Service industry myself this truly shows poor customer service especially for a brand new vehicle that decides not to start.
