Complaint

I bought a golf 7.5 from VW Melrose. I collected it Friday, 14th December 2018. The next day, I found the right mirror had a scratch. Upon investigation I found out that the car left the dealership with the scratch. A video taken while I was driving out of the dealership shows the scratch. This is a massive blunder from VW Melrose as this car should be checked before it was handed to me. I had to settle for the trendline as I could not get a comfortline with a sunroof, now this. I am very dissatisfied and annoyed by this.
