Company going out of its way to harm individual..

On the 18th of June 2014 a employee of Hatfield VW drove into the back of my car, after the insurer of Hatfield Holdings settled my claim excluding the excess due by the employee Busi Radebe. i was told by the insurer to take the mater to the small claims court, however before doing that i gave the managing director Brad Kaftel a call and asked him to assist, he refused. i won my case in the small claims court only to be strong armed by an attorney funded by Hatfield Holding to do what ever it takes to show me that i will not win. the case went as far as a default judgment being issued due to the refusal to comply with the warrant issued by the court. but as my luck would have it, the court issued the warrant on an incorrect date, resulting in the risk of bearing the legal fees of Hatfield should i pursue the matter.<br> <br> after thinking long and hard about this i gave up the mater as its not worth wasting time on it, however i would like to get my story out so that people see what type of business Hatfield Holdings is.
