Brand new Tiguan with lot of stress

We bought a brand new Tiguan at hartfield 17 August2023... at 14:23...our sales person was Titus...three weeks later driving a car , it had a gearbox issues and the driver's window had a noise.We reported the issue unfortunately they avoided us... we have all proves and the videos of the car performing. My husband has worked so hard to buy this car but the treatment we got is very painful and it pains me a lot when I see him waking up every morning trying to make us happy as a family but VW failed him. What ****ed me off is that they are the first people to deduct monthly and we gave them a big deposit but we get a plate of something that I can't even say it. And I don't wish my worst enermy to buy a car at VW because it hurts me. It is so embarrassing driving such a big respectful car that stuck at the robots. McCarthy VW hartfield I don't know what type of business are they doing cos they brought a pain to my family..I just hate them
