Bran new car with multiple mechanical problems

I bought the car 21 November 2019, When I first received the car it had problems with balancing coz it was shacking when you reaching 120 speed, it was then booked in for fixing. After the car was fixed , it then came back making noise of which I took the vehicle more-than 5 times to VW for fixing , but till today it is still making noise. On the14th of February the Vehicle stopped moving and I then book in for repairs and I was informed that the friction plate was damaged. I then took the car again for noise fixing and I was told by the Technician to take it to tigerWheels and pay myself for fixing. On the 15 April 2019 the car stopped moving again and it was towed to VW Hatfield again. I requested Ricardo to have the car replaced and he keeps on telling me that he is waiting for managements. that I think it very inconveniencing to always take a brand new car to VW for repairs. then car is less-than 5 month and I have been to VW more-than 7 times. What will happen when the vehicle is 6 month old.

Can I have this car replaced
