Bluetooth Standard Vivo MP3 Player not Compatible

I am extremely dissatisfied with the bluetooth standard radio which I bought with the Polo Vivo. I have been told that it is not compatible with my Samsung phone therefore it continues to switch off. <br> <br> When I bought the vehicle, I was specific that I wanted the bluetooth to work with my phone. I was informed that it will work therefore I continued with the purchase and included the bluetooth radio. <br> <br> VW Customer Services and VW Hatfield are not of any assistance whatsoever. They continue to tell me its my phone and expect me to exchange my phone. They sold me a product that does not meet my needs because I am unable to connect my phone while driving although I was told it would work. No one told me that certain Samsung phones don't work with the VW bluetooth radios. Had I known, I would not have purchased the radio. All I wanted was a bluetooth that connected properly. Strangely enough the same phone worked with the Jetta 6 that I traded in.<br> <br> I have always purchased VWs but this incident leaves me doubting VWs products that they sell to customers. I have a radio that doesn't meet my primary need which is the bluetooth.
